What kind of training do you have?
I did a 200 hrs Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teacher training in Bali (May 2016)
What’s class like ?
The classes are based on the classic Ashtanga practice: We start with Sun salutations and then go from standing asanas to sitting, lying and then to Shavasana. Depending on the focus of the class, we devote ourselves to different asanas.
Why Yoga and not Pilates?
Although both focus on flexibility and balance as well as strength, I am fascinated by the flowing movements between mind and body in yoga. I like the meditative aspect of yoga, and for me it’s not just a workout, but a lifestyle. Thanks to yoga I found myself and I want to pass that on to my students
What sports do you do besides yoga?
Hiking and skiing in Winter.
