How does the BRING IT OM concept work?
We are a small studio and are very interested in you making progress and sticking to your goals. That’s why we have developed a unique course concept. You can’t sign up for individual lessons, but only for whole courses. These usually last between 4 to 8 weeks. We also offer workshops that sometimes only take place on one or two days. This ensures that you achieve the course objectives and get the most out of your training.
When I have completed a course, what happens next?
Once a group has been found that would like to continue together, an individual course can be created to meet their needs. Or you can enroll in a new BRING IT OM course. Private lessons are also possible.
What is the BRING IT OM – Members only Facebook group ?
When you book a course or workshop with us, you will automatically be invited to join this Facebook group. It is for members only and therefore a closed space. There you will get inspiration, exclusive videos and content that you won’t get otherwise. You remain a member of this group after completing the course and can continue to benefit from the content or post videos and photos of your own practice. In this way, you receive feedback from other students and from our teachers. The group is and remains free of charge.
Does BRING IT OM also offer private lessons?

What is Yoga and what are the advantages?
Yoga is a 5000-year-old science from India. It combines movements, postures, breathing exercises and relaxation. There are many different yoga styles. Here you will find a list of the most important styles. Thanks to yoga you become more flexible, stronger and you can reduce stress.
What is Pilates and what are the benefits?
Pilates, also called Pilates method, is a systematic full-body training to strengthen the muscles. Especially for strengthening the pelvic floor, abdominal and back muscles. By not addressing individual muscles, but entire muscle chains, you strengthen your deep muscles, strengthen and tighten the centre of your body.
What is POP Pilates and what are the benefits?
POP Pilates® is an incredible fusion of ab-chiselling and total body defining moves choreographed to upbeat pop songs. This intense, mat-based workout challenges the students to rhythmically flow from one exercise to the next, developing a rock-solid core while leaving no muscle untouched. This format takes classical Pilates to the next level – you will be sweaty.
What is Mindful Meditation and what are the benefits?
Mindful Meditation is a guided meditation in which you are guided vocally through the meditation. With this method you can reduce stress. Mindful Meditation also gives you tools to cope with your stress level in your daily life.
How can I book a course?
You can book via our website or via the Mindbody App.
Can I pay on site?
To reserve your spot, you have to register online. Therefore, it is unfortunately not possible to pay on site. If you don’t have a credit card, please send us an email to: email@example.com
Do I have to bring my own mat?
No. We have high quality mats, blocks, straps, blankets and pillows in the studio. However, you are welcome to bring your own mat if you wish.
In which language are the lessons?
The lessons are held in English and/or German.
I am a beginner. Which lessons are suitable for me?
You’ll find the level of the courses in the description. We regularly offer courses for beginners. If you have never done yoga before, we recommend that you read our blog article for yoga beginners.
I am very immobile and inflexible. Can I still participate in the classes?
Our classes are not about being able to do something already. We have created a safe place where you can practice and grow in poses and movements. If you train regularly, you will automatically improve your mobility and increase your range of motion.
I want to build strength. Are the lessons at BRING IT OM suitable for this?
Pilates and Yoga are excellent for building strength with regular training.
I have physical complaints and therefore feel restricted. Can I still practice Yoga and Pilates?
Yes, of course. Yoga and Pilates help with many physical and mental ailments. Inform your teacher about your limitations so that she can modify the exercises for you if necessary.
What should I wear?
For Pilates and Yoga, it is best to wear comfortable sportswear. You don’t need special clothes for meditation.
Can I eat something before training?
We recommend not to eat for two hours before the workout. A small snack is ok.
Are there parking spaces at the studio?
There are paid parking spaces around the studio and blue zone as well.
How do I get to the studio by public transport?
We are centrally located in Zurich Seefeld. From Stadelhofen and Kreuzplatz it is a 5-minute walk, from Bellevue 7 minutes. The next tram station is called “Kreuzstrasse” and is approached by the trams 2 and 4. The entrance to the studio is in the backyard of Kreuzstrasse 41. From the front entrance, go left, turn right into Klarastrasse and walk around the building to the parking lot in the backyard. That’s where you’ll find us!
