Would you like to get stronger and build lean muscle? Do you just want to feel healthy and fit and do more for yourself and your body? Then this 5-week “Get strong yoga course” is just right for you.
With targeted yoga exercises and flowing transitions, we work step by step on building strength. You don’t need any previous experience and can participate at any level. We are a small group (maximum 8 participants) and everyone is supported and challenged at their own level.
In this course you will learn:
– how to build strength and lean muscle with yoga
– How you can overcome your inner weakness thanks to yoga
– How to adapt the poses to your level
Course days: Sunday, 10 to 11:15 a.m. (October 17th from 9 – 10:15 a.m.)
