Feel really good about your body. Yoga is a wonderful practice that brings well-being to your body and peace to your mind.
In this four-week course you will learn to listen to your body and how to work with it – not against it. We use essential oils and the journaling method. One class lasts 90 minutes.
How is a lesson structured?
We start by arriving on the mat. We set an intention and prepare our mind for the practice. We also use the Essential Oils for this. I will explain how to use the oils and what they do. Then we flow through different asanas (poses) and bring the good feeling into our body. Of course, an extensive shavasana is not to be missed. At the end you will have time for your journalling practice. I will guide you with different methods.
