How to start your Sunday morning right? With our Feel Good Flow in the comfort of your own home.
This is an easy to follow yoga class with gentle movements and restorative poses. We stretch the body in a way that feels good, so that you can spend the rest of your day full of energy.
Restorative yoga is a practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. We move very slow and do only poses that feel good in our body. It is a completely different experience than most contemporary yoga.
The Feel Good Yoga Course is mellow, we practice Yin yoga poses and other restorative practices. It is a good complement to more active practices (as well as our busy lives) and an excellent antidote to stress. Stillness is a powerful practice.
In this 5-week course you’ll learn
– how to stretch your body to get rid of pain and tension
– how to reduce stress and calm the mind
– how to gain more energy for the day and the week
– about the ancient philosophy Tao Te Ching and the Yoga Sutras
All you need for this practice is a mat and a laptop (or tablet or smartphone).
Dates: Every Sunday from November 15th to December 13th (5 times)
Time: from 9:15 a.m. to 10:15 a.m.
