The fundamentals of classical Pilates training (core engagement, breathing and movement flow) are fully retained in each class, helping you to improve your body posture, strength and mobility. While each move originates from classical Pilates, the class design, relationship with music, sequencing and reps, differ from traditional mat classes. The emphasis on moving to the beat of pop music is what makes POP Pilates so unique. Participants love that each class is like a “dance on the mat”!

POP Pilates® was created by Cassey Ho, creator of the number one fitness channel on YouTube with over 4 million subscribers, to bring her message of positivity and the power of a Pilates-inspired workout to group fitness classes everywhere.
