Backbends or backbends are a wonderful yoga practice and help you keep your spine fit and young. Especially if you work a lot at a desk, backbends can ensure that your spine maintains its natural curve.
In this class, we will perfectly prepare and warm up your body so you can dive deeper into your backbend practice. You’ll learn what to look for to build a safe practice.

This content awaits you in the two-hour course:
- deeper understanding of backbends/backbends
- a yoga flow that gives you energy
- different backbends with and without tools
